Thomas Willcox quoted on consumer welfare standard

On March 13th, 2023, the Capital Forum quoted Thomas Willcox as saying the consumer welfare standard is insufficient and that until the judiciary or the legislature improves it remains inadequate to truly protect the public from anticompetitive practices.
