Litigated against Apple on behalf of a software developer, alleging Apple’s unlawful exclusion of the developer from the Apple Store, alleging that Apple denied the developer access to the Apple Store for its Covid-19 tracing app on one set of guidelines, then changed the guidelines to accommodate Apple’s desire to introduce Apple’s own Covid-19 tracing app to the Store without notifying the developer.
