Advised the Superior Court Trial Lawyers Association as to whether a collective work stoppage of independent contractors in the face of the cessation of payments b the DC Superior Trial was illegal, and petitioned the federal government fo a clarification of the FCT’s interpretation of the scope of the decree imposed by that agency after FTC. Litigated against Apple on behalf of a software developer, alleging Apple’s unlawful exclusion of the developer from the Apple Store, alleging that Apple denied the developer access to the Apple Store for its Covid-19 tracing app on one set of guidelines, then changed the guidelines to accommodate Apple’s desire to introduce Apple’s own Covid-19 tracing app to the Store without notifying the developer.
